Our Signature Wine is produced from some of the oldest vines on the North Fork (circa 1983). Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with notes of lemongrass, rose petals, and sugared lemon peels. After a finish of star fruit and green apple, there is a touch of sea spray.
Light golden hue subtle aromas of pear and baked apple quickly develop into lush nutty lees characters. The palate is rich with creamy apples and a touch of vanilla. This wine is partially barrel fermented which adds structure without masking the fruit.
Made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this tasty sparkler boasts delicate bubbles, zesty acidity and notes of spicy raspberry, and peach. Dry and refreshing. Only 500 cases produced.
Our Traditional Method sparkling wine is made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes and, on average, ages 42 months before being disgorged in small lots to guarantee a crisp, fresh wine. This brut sparkler boasts a nose of green apple and pear, accented by hints of citrus, honey, and yeast. The palate comes alive with delicate, refreshing, tiny bubbles.
Created in the “ice wine” style, this stunner is rich but balanced, with notes of ripe apricot and peach. 42% Pinot Blanc, 40% Riesling and 18% Sauvignon Blanc
Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak barrels, our Merlot shows a deep garnet color and an enticing nose of mulberry, pine, and cocoa powder. The palate is rich with plum, black cherry and cedar that comes through a smooth, supple mouth-feel, finished with soft, round tannins. While delicious to drink now, it should age well for many years.
With violets, raspberry, sweet tobacco and black pepper on the nose, this Cabernet Franc displays juicy blackberry and currant nuances, which carry the wine into its dry, peppery finish. Aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak.
Produced in limited quanitities, this rare red is rich and complex with flavors of blackberry, clove and sweet tobacco.
